Aquarium 2018

For over a year, Fishbowl has told hundreds of stories - and on April 4th, we heard the craziest.

The first annual Aquarium was a 15-story series diverse in setting, mood, and performer. Expect to be surprised, buckled over in laughter, and perhaps welled with tears. We've chosen the most compelling and most interesting stories we could fit in two hours!

Fishbowl is an open mic storytelling event at UMASS Dartmouth where students come and tell true stories based on a theme. The topic changes every week, and this week’s was “Freebowl.” This Fishbowl was recorded on May 1st, 2018, and the host of the night was Johnny Perreira. If you’re new and nearby, come to the Dive in the First Year Quad at Maple Ridge at 6:30PM on Wednesdays to join the club. Considering the topic was "Freebowl," everyone was allowed to bring their own story - so expect nothing!
